Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Is Finally Coming To Charlotte This Week

Here in the Carolinas, natives know a good biscuit when they taste one. A fluffy pastry is everything you need to complete a true Southern breakfast and this new NC spot is the place to get one. Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Charlotte will finally open this week and the classic baked treats come piled high with all the fixin's your heart can possibly be blessed with.

Callie's Hot Little Biscuit is a Charleston-based bakery and eatery that has become so trendy, it's expanded to Atlanta and Charlotte. The new location will open on January 31 at Tremont Avenue, offering freshly-baked 4x4 buttermilk biscuits with endless fillings and condiments.

The breakfast/brunch spot will be open until 2 p.m., so come grab one of their famous sausage, egg and pimento cheese sandwiches or a biscuit bowl filled to the brim with classic Southern grits plus whatever "accoutrements" you crave.

Additional selections include the traditional bacon, egg and cheese, sausage gravy, and a unique twist on a BLT with arugula, roasted tomato and lemon basil mayo.

If you're feeling creative, you can also build your own masterpiece with over 20 mouth-watering options like pimento cheese (there's a fiery version if you're feeling frisky), Carolina honey, country ham, avocado and much more.

Even without mimosas, this may still be one of your favorite brunch spots to hit up with your crew. Substitute the booze for a variety of coffees like nitro cold brew, french press, drip coffee and more. Not to mention other unique drinks like citrus chamomile tea, mint iced tea, and lemonade.

Who needs a dozen bagels when you can get a dozen biscuits? If your tastebuds fall in love and you want to stock your own home with Callie's, you can get a baker's dozen for $24.

Choose from yummy flavors including cheese and chive, cinnamon, and blackberry.

You can also get a free birthday biscuit with housemade frosting, sprinkles and a candle on your actual birthday.

Don't forget to scope out the full range of pantry and cold products in-store and at your local retailer.
