You Can Watch Christmas Movies At Cineplex Theatres Across Canada For Only $2.99
We just entered November but it seems like everyone is already prepared and excited for the Christmas holidays next month. Netflix Canada is fulfilling our love for cheesy Christmas movies with their Christmas lineup launch, and even Amazon Prime hopped on the train and has tons of Christmas classics too. Even though most of the new Christmas movies this year are launching on home streaming services, you can still get the movie theatre experience while watching your favourite classics. Cineplex deals this holiday season include Christmas movies for only $2.99 and begin showing later this month.
Cineplex is hosting "Family Favourites" in select theatres that'll cost the price of a couple of packs of gum and have showings every Saturday at 11 a.m. Not only does the $2.99 price already include tax, it's the same for children, general admission, and seniors which means that your whole family can get in for less than $20. And each movie will earn you 25 SCENE points too.
The deal started in mid-September and Cineplex has shown movies every Saturday since then. They showed Dora and the Lost City Of Gold on November 9 and Charlotte's Web on November 16. But as soon as mid-November hits, it's all Christmas movies from there.
Polar Express 3D will show on November 23, and Arthur Christmas is showing on November 30. So far the only movie planned for showing next month is Dr. Seuss' The Grinch on December 13, but we sure do hope they add more.
The trailer for Polar Express seriously gets us in the feels so the movie theatre experience will be even more incredible.

Cineplex isn't showing Jim Carey's classic version of The Grinch from our childhood, but the new cartoon version from last year is just as enjoyable and fun. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the trailer below and get the full movie theatre experience in December!
There are tons of participating theatres in every province across Canada, so it's likely your nearest theatre will have the "Family Favourites" movie showings. Ontario, B.C., Alberta, and Quebec have a long list of participating theatres. And in Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan, there is a handful of participating theatres too.
