Dallas-Fort Worth Is Having A Massive 3-Day Horror Convention This Fall

The metroplex is filled with tons of spooky places to visit year-round. If you're looking for some scary horror fun in north Texas, you can stop by Days of The Dead Horror Convention in Irving on Oct. 11 through 13. It'll scare your brains out!

The convention will feature everything horror and gore for all those scary movie fanatics out there. Cosplay is very much welcome but not required. Some big names in horror are said to make an appearance and you can even take pictures with them in costume. Guests on that list include Sid Haig, Amelia Kinkade, and Derek Mears.

There will also be other photo stations around the venue that are free and fightingly perfect for your next Instagram post. There will be several spooky shows that you can attend and you can even get a tattoo to commemorate your horror experience. A vendor alley will be available for all those looking to spend a little cash on one-of-a-kind oddities.

Tickets are on sale now and range from $30 to $75. You can get both daily and weekend passes. You can also get VIP passes which allow you to get into the show early.  If you're looking for a slightly less spooky way to spend an October night, you should definitely visit Pumpkin Nights coming to Dallas this fall.

Days of the Dead will be held at Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel 4440 W. John Carpenter Fwy., Irving, TX 75603. To get your tickets to this spooky event you can visit their website here.

Once you're done there, you can head on over to Cutting Edge haunted house for more terrifyingly good fun.
