Crawfish and seafood boils have been all the rave for decades now. With so many new seafood restaurants emerging in the food world, it was only a matter of time until we started seeing full-on festivals dedicated to the delicious freshwater creatures. Now, a crawfish festival in Dallas next month is taking place for all of you seafood lovers who just can't get enough of the dish.
Flying Fish, an extremely popular seafood restaurant in Dallas, is well-known for its mouthwatering crawfish boils amongst many other yummy dishes.
Now, they're putting on their first-ever crawfish festival on Saturday, March 28 at The Sound.
The Sound is surrounded by a lake and is the perfect venue to hold a massive crawfish festival.
Amongst the crawfish, other restaurants making an appearance will be Eno’s Pizza, Rodeo Goat, Flying Saucer, and Landon Winery. The restaurants will have full menus so that you can choose any food option you like.
Come early and hungry to enjoy all of the festivities!
Aside from all the food that'll be there, the views at The Sound are spectacular.
With the lake surrounding the area, as well as a huge lawn, there will be outdoor and indoor activities for everyone to enjoy.
There will also be live music performed by the band Ashmore so you'll be able to vibe out and eat away all your worries.
Children are welcome at the festival as well and they've even arranged for some activities for them to enjoy.
Kid's activities will include a bounce house, balloon twister, face painting, and even more.
There is free parking surrounding The Sound which makes it super accessible for everyone to come.
