For many people, paradise looks like a place full of pizzas. There’s something about the delicious doughy crust, the gooey mozzarella, and the sweetness of the marinara sauce that we all can’t resist. If you are also part of the Pizza Fanclub, soon you'll have another reason to love Texas. Dallas is hosting a huge pizza festival in April, and you are cordially invited to try as many slices as you want (and can).
The Dallas Pizza Fest is coming back for its third edition, and it's an unmissable event. Everything will be taking place at Deep Ellum Art Company on April 19 from 12:00 to 9:00 p.m.
We don't usually need a reason to eat pizza, but this fest can definitely be the perfect occasion, so make sure to save your spot. The admission ticket is only $10 per adult.
Once you get into the festival, you'll have access to delicious creations from over 15 different pizza parlors and specialized food trucks. Simply the best pizzas in town will be all in one place to please you.
During the day, make a pause on the pizza tasting and enjoy all the live entertainment, plus eating contests and great drink options.
At this event, you'll find pizza made in many different ways and with endless kinds of toppings. Once you enter the premises, we recommend you take a quick tour to witness the variety. Then you can pick and taste your favorite flavors.
Beware: You won't be able to try just one slice.
Also, well-known pizza Chefs will be making demonstrations of some unique pizza baking techniques.
To pair with this Italian-born delicacy, there will be a Wine & Beer Garden with a selection of premium and local spirits, design for 21+ festival-goers.
It will be the perfect place to refresh yourself with your favorite brew or go for a glass of wine. Just make sure to bring your ID.
For kids and non-drinkers, soft beverages will also be available. And by the way, admission for children eight and under is free. From 9 to 15 is $7.
If you love pizza beyond just two or three slices, then you should go ahead and participate in the pizza-eating contest. There will be cash prizes!
But if you want to chill out, the fun will be happening on two stages where there will be several live shows and performances.
