Downtown Dallas Just Opened A Crazy New Park With An Adult-Friendly Playground
Dallas is filled with great parks everywhere you look, but adding more green spaces is always a great idea. Dallas just opened Pacific Plaza Park in downtown as the latest addition to the booming city. Ground broke on the park last year, and it is finally ready for us to visit.
The almost four-acre park has tons of space for everyone to hang out. This is a super adult-friendly park with giant swings. It'll really have you feeling like a kid again with their ultra-cool seesaws. You'll be able to hang at the pavilion where there are plenty of chairs for you to enjoy a beautiful day out.
Pacific Plaza is close to both Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Famers Market. The park will open to the public today at 4:30 p.m. with a ceremony at 4:45 p.m. Easy Sliders will be at the event handing out free food while supplies last so you really don't wanna miss it.
The park is already setting up events. On October 17, you'll be able to stop by and watch Pokemon Detective Pikachu. More events are sure to pop up over time, and with a view of downtown like that, this park is truly breathtaking. The park has limited parking, but you are allowed to park at the Sheraton Conference Center Garage for a discounted price.
While you're there, you might want to stop by Cyrstal Court in downtown for some fantastic food. You can also check out this breathtaking park in Dallas that is perfect for a beautiful hike during the fall season.
