This Dallas Spot Made A New ‘Taco Robot’ To Serve You Mexican Food

And ensure contactless delivery!
Dallas Restaurants Offering Curbside Pick-Up Include This Taco Spot With A Robot

Now that Texas restaurants are able to open at 25% capacity, many are doing just that. Others, however, are thinking of creative ways to deliver your food straight to your car, door, or person. A Dallas restaurant offering curbside pick-up invented a creatively new "Taco Robot" to have your food delivered to you while avoiding any physical contact between restaurant workers and customers looking to get their grub on.

El Palote Panaderia, a beloved vegan taqueria in Dallas, has created the "Palote Bot" to provide contactless delivery for their customers, and workers.

The robot delivers food to customers with the help of a small vehicle, a bucket, a t-shirt, and an iPad.

With so few places in Texas to get vegan Mexican cuisine, it's a relief that this restaurant is still offering a way to get our hands on their food.

Right now, the restaurant is open Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. That gives folks plenty of time to stop by and see what this taco delivering robot is all about!

Not only does the restaurant want to ensure contactless delivery while they offer curbside pick-up only, but they also want to bring smiles to their customer's faces.

"Hopefully we brighten up your day when we take food to your car," says the picture above.

Picking up tacos is usually enough joy for a day, but this robot certainly adds to it.

Above, you can see the Palote Bot in action. The robot has a bag of food placed inside the bucket attached to it and proceeds to deliver the food to an eager customer.

Restaurant workers operate the robot, but there's no contact between them and the customer.

This is truly the work of a genius!
