This Dessert Shop In Dallas Has An Insane 20-Scoop Ice Cream Challenge

We all love enjoying a nice cold dessert in the hot Texas weather. If you're a fan of desserts the mighty "Texas style", we have just the place for you. The Hypnotic Emporium in Dallas has a 20 scoop ice cream challenge. The challenge states that you must eat 20 massive scoops of ice cream, toppings and all in 15 minutes to get it for free. 

The challenge isn't completely impossible as others have completed it. The Mt. Hypnotic current record is 7 minutes and 54 seconds, so it's totally achievable! Then again, it was completed by a professional competitive eater.

If you happen to take on the challenge and fail you will be charged the full price of the dessert at $40. The 20 scoops consist of flavors that aren't your regular chocolate and vanilla. You also have to take on s'mores, peanut butter and lavender all topped with sprinkles and whipped cream plus a waffle of some kind and a chocolate bar on top.

On the chance that you're like us and are not brave enough to take on the challenge, Hypnotic Emporium has plenty of other uniquely delicious desserts. One of these is a cloud cone which is a waffle cone with a ring of cotton candy topped with your favorite flavor of ice cream. 

Other delicious creations include floats and shakes with unique flavors and things like pretzels and donuts in them. Basically, its the perfect place to get a tasty dessert like no other!

Hypnotic Emporium has two locations, one in Dallas and the other in Mansfield. They are open daily from 1 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 11:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.
