You Can Go Through The World's Longest Light Tunnel In Grand Prairie This November

A world of lights, here we come!
Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie Will Have Over 4 Million Lights

When it comes to holiday lights, the Metroplex takes it very seriously. So serious that Grand Prairie has a massive drive-through park that's perfect for the holidays. Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie is gearing up to welcome all to their magical, winter wonderland of lights this November, so get your cars reved up or your walking shoes on.

The light park will be open to the public starting on Thanksgiving and lead you through tunnels of festive things to see. Some of these crazy creations include installations of people camping and fishing, and even little elves hammering away. The two-mile long path will have over four million lights to see and at only $20 to $50 per car (prices are yet to be confirmed). You will also end your time at the park with the "world's longest light tunnel," according to the venue.

The event has special days though out the course of its run where you can hop out of your car and take tons of Insta worthy pics. They also have bicycling events so you can ride through all those crazy lights.

The way you'd like to experience this wonderland of lights it totally up to you. If you choose to get some steps in, you can grab a quick bite or even go on the merry go round a few times. The entire experience takes about two hours to get through.

Prairie Lights is located around the shores of Lynn Creek Park on Joe Pool Lake, at 5610 Lake Ridge Pkwy, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052. To stay updated on all that is happening, follow their official Facebook page here.
