Twinkling lights are a favorite any time of year. The super, Insta-happy installments let us all get a taste of creative ways to string lights. Vitruvian Park in Addison got in on the action for this Christmas season, and is transforming into a world of color and lights.
From November 29 to January 1 you'll see trees on trees in the festive spirit. On opening day, visitors will be treated to a live orchestra perform, free photos, and enjoy a variety of food trucks that will be on hand. And if you can't go on the first day, other performances are set throughout the duration of this event. The park is always free to enter so all you have to worry about is bringing cash for snacks.
The park is open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and you can catch the lights on as soon as it gets dark out. Most every inch of the park will have lights including trees, benches, and even the bridge. Since the event is at night, we suggest taking precautions to ensure your safety.
Once you're done checking out this amazing park, stop by Reverchon Park in Dallas because it will make you feel like you've been transported to another world.
