This Picturesque Dallas Garden Is Having The Cutest Plant Sale Ever

The iconic Texas Discovery Garden is having a massive plant sale in April.

If you have a green thumb and are just dying to get your hands on some more beautiful and unique plants while also getting some sweet pics for the 'gram, then you are in luck. The beautiful Dallas Texas Discovery Gardens is having a giant plant sale on April 13 and 14. 

Stop by the gorgeous gardens for a day of relaxing fun in the beautiful foliage. While you're enjoying the scenery you can pick from a huge selection of common and exotic plants for your home garden. The plant sale will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both days. If you're looking to buy big you are more than welcome to bring your wagon along. Plants sold on Friday and Saturday are tax-free as a bonus.

If you're really eager to get your hands on some of these beautiful plants you can purchase a $25 plan safari pass which will give you access to the plant sale on April 12th, a day early, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. And if you happen to have a membership to Texas Discovery Gardens you can receive an extra 10 percent off your purchase!

Plant prices are listed on the website as:

  • 4" squares: $4
  • Quart rounds: $6
  • 6"- 1 Gallon: $9
  • 3-5 Gallon: $30
  • Select specialty plants are $12 to $40 as marked

At the event, you will be able to ask the incredible on-site professional how to take care of your plan properly and find out the best ways to incorporate it into your personal home garden. 

Once you've had enough fun strolling through the massive gardens, picking out your brand new plant friends and taking tons of gorgeous photos of the stunning location, you can head on home to properly raise and love your new plants!

The Texas Discovery Garden website promises over 600 species of plants on full display for the sale which means you have a chance to buy some that you've seen in the gardens before. Some of the plants you'll be able to expect at the sale include Gregg's Blue Mistflower, Milkweed and Mexican Bush Sage.
