Summer is right around the corner. Beat the heat by grabbing a free 7-Eleven Slurpee across Canada on July 11. The skies are getting sunnier, the weather is getting hotter and you'll definitely need an ice-cold Slurpee to cool you down. 

7-Eleven Canada is celebrating 7-Eleven Day by giving away 885,000 free Slurpee drinks across the country. Not only are they celebrating 7-Eleven Day, but they're also celebrating serving Canadians for 50 years!

On Thursday, July 11, all 590 7-Eleven locations in Canada will be offering free Slurpees to customers. From BC to Ontario, the 12 oz. Slurpees will be given away in a free commemorative cup. 

Doug Rosencrans, VP and GM of 7-Eleven Canada said, "We are honoured to be celebrating 50 years in Canada." He continued, " We are grateful for the love and support of Canadian Slurpee fans and their loyalty that has made Manitoba the Slurpee Capital of the World."

Rosencrans finished the statement by saying, "This is our opportunity to thank Canadians for the 50 incredible years of memories, and to celebrate 50 more to come!"

Not only will you receive a free commemorative cup, but 7-Eleven will also give customers free rewards. If you scan your 7-Eleven Day cup you can get 1000 free 7Rewards points. 

The company also just announced that they're teaming up with Uber Eats, which means you'll be able to order food and drinks from 7-Eleven through the app.
