According to Secret Flying, the cheapest flights are available between late- January and mid-February 2020.

While you don't have too much flexibility with these months, there's plenty of flexibility with the dates, as there are Toronto flights departing and returning almost every day.

Before you pack your bags, it’s worth noting that the Government of Canada currently has some heavy travel warnings in place for Canadians visiting Colombia.

On their website, the Government of Canada warns Canadians to “exercise a high degree of caution” when travelling inside the country, due to high crime rates.

A list of specific regions to avoid has also been posted on their website, but Bogotá is not one of them.
