If there's one argument that most Floridian's will stand behind, it's that Wawa is far better than the northern Sheetz equivalent. If you love yourself some Wawa and find yourself in St. Pete, a new Wawa is opening tomorrow — and they'll have free coffee and t-shirts to welcome their first customers!
In celebration of the new Wawa's Grand Opening, they'll be offering free t-shirts to the first 100 guests, while supplies last. If you want a t-shirt, you'll want to be there bright and early when the doors open at 8 a.m. so stop on over before you start your workday!
This is definitely one of those early bird gets the worm type of situations, and if you're anything like me, you may not be a morning person — thankfully you'll be where you can get some delicious hot bean juice. Even better, you can get free coffee for 4 days in celebration of the grand opening. Thanks, Wawa! Maybe we'll grab a hoagie for lunch on our way to work while we're at it.
If you decide to stick around for the Grand Opening ribbon cutting and want to test your photo skills, you could also win additional free and exclusive Wawa swag just for hanging out by sharing your photos of the Grand Opening or your stop with the tag #WelcomeWawa on social media. The ribbon-cutting ceremony runs from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
If you're going to be in St. Pete and have some free time, you should check out the whimsical glass art at the Chihuly Exhibi, where creativity and fragility come together to create some of the most delicately beautiful pieces of art to ever exist.
