Disneyland Magic Happens Parade Is The Park's First New Daytime Celebration In Ten Years

For the first time in over ten years, The Happiest Place on Earth is welcoming a new daytime parade. On February 28, the Disneyland Magic Happens Parade will launch, bringing celebrations of stories we all know and love from our childhood.

It looks like shooting stars weren't just created for wishes after all!

With one wave of his magic wand, Mickey and friends introduce super special moments from both Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios before your very eyes in an explosion of color.

Think beautiful floats, creative costumes, and a dance-along style musical score that you can't help but move your feet too. If you're a lover of the classics, don't worry. There will be plenty of original tunes to sing along to.

You might even spot Anna, Elsa, and Olaf prancing around the park. Make sure to keep an eye out for the Enchanted Forest as Kristoff and Sven pass by.

According to the Disneyland Resort, Magic Happens will also introduce a fun new musical score from singer-songwriter Todrick Hall that will bring "your your favorite Disney tales to life like never before."

We don't know about you, but we're so ready for a catchy new Disney tune to sing away those pesky Monday blues. While we're waiting to see the actual show IRL, we're living for this colorful Disney concept art.

All throughout the show, guests will enjoy several unique stories, each with a fun mix of special characters.

Moana will ride in on a huge wave in her voyager canoe and Coco and his dog Dante will lead us in song and dance with other fantastic "spirit animals."

Make sure you stick around for the grand finale. We don't want to give too much away, but we'll just say that there's a big throwback to Sleeping Beauty and other famous Disney classics you know and love. This is one show you won't want to miss!
