Drivers Try Crossing A Highway On Foot To Escape A Car Crash In Ontario (VIDEO)

An unlikely scene broke out in Brampton, Ontario this week after a car crash on the highway led to a strange series of events.
Two people hopped out of the crashed car, looked up and down the 401, and decided this would be a great time to make a run for it.
Waiting for traffic to clear like a real-life game of Frogger, the escapees quickly discovered there would be no break in the oncoming traffic any time soon.
Turning back to the scene of the crash, they notice a black Jeep has arrived, ready to snatch them up. They hop in and drive off, leaving the wreckage behind them.
