You'll love this place so Machi!
Toronto is certainly not starved for tea, but that doesn't mean we don't want more! The city is home to a wide variety of delicious, refreshing tea shops with all sorts of unique flavours. If sipping on tea is one of your favourite pastimes, then you're going to love this brand new shop officially opening on September 27. Toronto's Machi Machi tea shop is the newest location for unique beverages, and you need to give it a try.
The popular beverage chain, with locations across the globe, has now opened its first-ever Canadian shop right here in Toronto. The store had its soft opening this week, with its grand opening taking place tomorrow, September 27. The store has already experienced lineups due to its famed drinks!
Machi Machi serves a variety of unique tea-based beverages. Their store has cute, playful decor that reflects creativity. From the pastel seats to the sprinkle-covered wall, the space is full of photo ops!
Even their packaging is Instagrammable! The drinks are served in thin, adorable bottles that allow the beverages to be layered with delicious toppings, offering customers a flavourful experience with each sip. Much like the recentthat hit the city, the packaging brings the drink to a whole new level.
The cream foam contains an unusual secret ingredient. The foam is created from a blend of the best cream cheeses from across the world! Over 30 different types of cream cheese were reviewed in order to create the perfect blend. The foam is available on several tea beverages, including the Wintermelon Tea and Jasmine Green Tea.
You can also purchase "fizzy tea" at this venue, available in three tasty flavours. Dessert lovers will drool over their custardy, panna cotta-topped tea! The Fresh Strawberry Latte with Panna Cotta will definitely steal your heart.
The shop is officially opening up on Friday, September 27 at noon. The first one hundred customers will receive a special Machi Machi tote bag, and the first 200 will take home an adorable tea bag (not an actual teabag, a bag that holds your teacup!). Enjoy this brew-tea-ful new beverage venue!
