An unusual beer is coming to Miami. This Friday on International Beer Day, Biscayne Bay Brewing Company will launch its new beer, Amarillo Sky. According to the brewing company's website, Amarillo Sky contains notes of crackers, banana, citrus, and—believe it or not—bubblegum.
Biscayne Bay will be offering a complimentary tasting of the peculiar new beer to everyone who RSVPs to the event. Registration is free!
Amarillo Sky and its colorful flavors will launch Friday, August 2 at Biscayne Bay Brewing Company in Doral, FL between 12 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Stop by for a free taste test on Friday and see if you can detect the Dubble Bubble.
According to Biscayne Bay's website, the bubblegum-flavored Amarillo Sky is light and crisp, and pairs (surprisingly) well with white meats like chicken or fish. The Amarillo hops coupled with meat provides a sweet and savory experience in every sip.
*Amarillo Sky isn't the first inventive beer served at Biscayne Bay. The creative brewing company also offers the Destination Dubbel with notes of clove, Belgian sugar, and banana peel. For an event they also offered the Push Pop Party Nitro, a silky-smooth blend of orange and lime that tasted just like your childhood orange push-pop.
*Biscayne Bay Brewing Company doesn't just serve unconventional beer, they serve $1 Tacos all day on Tuesday, 0.25 cent wings on Wednesday, $5 Flatbreads on Fridays. They are currently redoing their brunch menu, so stay tuned for updates!
Biscayne Bay Brewing Company offers Happy Hour specials from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. They also offer six-packs of their beers, so you can bring your favorite one home.
Give this unusual drink a try this Friday in the spirit of International Beer Day! Register for the event here for a free tasting of Amarillo Sky.
