Everyone could use more mac and cheese in their lives. Red, the Steakhouse in South Beach just launched a mac-and-cheese sampler featuring four mouth-watering flavors along with four different kinds of cheese.
Guests can try truffle, lobster, king crab, and bacon flavors featuring Parmesan Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Fontina Val d’Aosta, and Raclette cheeses all in one melty, gooey dish.
While we reached out for a comment and are still awaiting a response, Red, the Steakhouse Founder and Executive Chef Peter Vauthy told the Miami Herald “We all grew up on mac ‘n’ cheese," and those are some definitely relatable words.
Vauthy uses a phone-to-table approach, according to the steakhouse's website. In other words, he uses his relationships and connections to create the best culinary experience for guests. Guests can enjoy special dishes like Alaskan King Crab flown in fresh from the Bering Sea and rare spiny Brittany blue lobster.
