Ocha Time is a brand new Asian-inspired creamery that joined the Charlotte scene on January 24. The serves all things ice cream and sweets with a unique twist.
The iconic Taiyaki-style ice cream is a big hit that attractsseeking to indulge in something out-of-the-ordinary. Taiyaki is a popular Japanese "cake" typically made with waffle or pancake batter and filled with red bean paste. However, in U.S. culture, it's common to fill them with ice cream.
