One of the classiest and tastiest meals out there is easily steak and wine. Some could argue if you dare eat one without the other, it's just not the same. For those of you who agree, we've got a real treat in store for you because a steak and wine festival near Austin is taking place this summer!

The Texas Steak and Wine Festival in Fredericksburg is being held from Friday, May 8 through Saturday, May 9.

This delicious fest begins at 4 p.m. that Friday and ends at 8 p.m. the following Saturday to give steak and wine lovers plenty of time to enjoy it.

Tickets are on sale now and start at just $5 for a Kid's Pass, and are as expensive as only $37 for a VIP Steak Pass.

All children three years and younger qualify for the Kid's Pass, everyone else has to pay at least $9 for General Admission.

Tickets for Friday General Admission are $9 and include access to the fest, live music, vendors, and ability to purchase food and drink.

Saturday General Admission is $12 per person and includes all of the above.

Steak Passes are available for both days and are $22 for Friday and $30 for Saturday.

These passes include everything that comes with GA plus a plate of steak and side.

All-inclusive VIP Steak Passes are $37 per person and comes with loads of food and drink. That's worth it if you ask us! 

If you plan on spending the day in Fredericksburg for the fest, their numerous vineyards are totally worth a visit.
