When you think of ice cream shops, you don't necessarily think of them opening up in November. Well, now you'll have to reconsider that thought. Handel's Ice Cream is opening its very first Texas shops here in the DFW metroplex. The new ice cream shop in Plano has over 50 incredible flavors to choose from.
We just can't wait for the shop to open, and while there isn't a specific opening date yet, their Facebook page suggests it should open early to mid-November.
The insane number of flavors isn't the only thing that makes this shop great. You'll be able to pick up Oreo waffle ice cream sandwiches too. If that's not enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, their famous ice cream cake pops are thrown into the mix for a sweet quick treat.
Prices for the delicious treats start at around $2 and work their way up to about $6, depending on what you choose to get. Now you may be thinking that ice cream in November is a bit unconventional, but they do have seasonal flavors, including pumpkin pie, egg nog, and tons of other goodies.
They do carry vegan options as well as yogurts and other snacks. Flavors do vary by location, but with two new ones in the metroplex, there is no limit to what you can get.
While we wait for this new shop to open, you should stop by this wild restaurant with massive Mexican eats that will blow your mind away. You can visit this food fest with over 50 street eats in Plano happening this weekend.
