A Massive Taco & Margarita World Is Coming To Houston This April
It's going to have a Frida Kahlo show!
There are some things in life that are better together, like movies and popcorn, cozy blankets and rainy weather, and of course, tacos and margs. There's something about chowing down on yummy tacos and washing it down with an iced cold tequila drink on a warm Texas day that is so satisfying. A Houston festival dedicated to tacos and margaritas is happening this April and it is will be celebrating the best food and drink combo out there!
The group putting on the event, Tamale Festival Houston, isand their annual TacoWorld Festival is going to happen on April 25.
However, this year they are combining the iconic taco festival with "MargaritaWorld" for the ultimate mouth-watering event!
The vendors haven't been announced yet but will include a lot of Houstonian's Tex-Mex favorites, even some from fine dining restaurants and chefs.
We don't think there's such thing as a bad margarita but at the fest, the margs are going to be especially delicious and made with premium tequila. They will come in a variety of unique flavors to satisfy all guests.
Besides the seemingly endless tacos and tequila, they're also going to have a Frida inspired fashion show, mariachis, and a Ballet Folklorico.
The festival will start at noon and will go on all the way until 9 p.m.
Tickets start at only $7 if you get them now and $10 at the door. The General Admission tickets come with access to the stages, food plazas, and entertainment.
They also have a $65 Director's Club ticket that gives you access to the Director's Club tent which has a taco buffet, an exclusive beer and marg bar, and 4 drink tickets. This is definitely more of a splurge but isn't a taco buffet always worth it?
The best food and drink combo out thereand this Taco & Margarita World even is going to give the Texas favorite pair just that!
