Over the summer, Houston has seen several new CBD-infused shops pop up around town. The first-ever CBD coffee house in Houston is now open in the city. Now it's about time we had a city-wide festival to navigate this growing hemp scene. And lucky for us, the Texas Hemp Fest is hitting Houston next month for a day full of CBD-infused everything.
On Nov. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the Texas Hemp Fest will serve up CBD-infused food and drinks for a family-friendly, dog-friendly weekend.
Hosted by Vegan Vibez and Refine Pharmaceuticals, the event is promised to have tons of food, drinks, music, games, giveaways, selfie and photo-friendly spots (because what's a festival without them?), and even networking. Because we could all use a lil' CBD oil at a high-stress networking event, am I right?
General Admission tickets are on sale for just $8 online (originally $15), and VIP tickets are $20. General Admission tickets just get you into the fest, but VIP tickets also get you one Texas Hemp Fest item and hemp concession.
The festival is open to CBD newbs who want to learn a little more about hemp and its effects, and of course to all the CBD fanatics.
You can read up about CBD beforehand on their website so you're not a total newbie, though.
So grab your doggo (as long as he doesn't exceed 30 pounds), get ready to throw on some merch and celebrate—CBD style.
And in the meantime, if you're hunting for other fun ways to get your CBD fix around town, check out this new CBD coffee shop.
