Houston is a city known for its diversity. It feels like every month there's a new festival celebrating what it means to be who you are. If you do take pride in where you're from then you know food is a big part of that. In November, Houston is hosting a food truck festival with 20+ vendors that don't just sell food you can find anywhere in Texas, but food you'd have to travel the world to get to.
On Saturday, November 16, The Great State Of Texas Food Truck Festival will be in H-Town from 12 to 10 p.m. All day long you can experience what makes Houston the great melting pot it is while enjoying food, music, and more. The festival is incredibly cheap to get into and there's no limit to how long you can stay. Other cities in Texas may just have to plan a weekend trip to Houston this fall.
Tickets for the fest are just $10 and kids 12 and under are free. Some of the food trucks that will be there include Platypus, Falacos, Smoothie Strong, Top Shelf Cajun, and so many more. Only the greatest for the greatest city in Texas.
Not only will there be a wide range of food to choose from, but their will also be a variety of live music to enjoy. Hip hop, country, and pop musicians will be performing, as well as some other exciting genres.
If you can't make the trip to Houston this November it's okay, we understand. Austin is also having a food truck fest and it's happening next month!
For those of you who are planning on going to The Great State Of Texas Food Truck Festival, we can't wait to see you there!
