It is now February and that means it is time to gather around heaps of yummy red crawfish paired with potatoes and corn. However, when you start craving a few pounds of the crustaceans, it can be hard to find the best place that serves the dish. That's why there's an unlimited crawfish fest in Houston coming soon that's having a cook-off to finally answer the question of who cooks up the best crawfish in town!

Cottonwood Bar is hosting its annual Crawfish Cook-Off on March 15 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and while you are there, you can vote to decide which Houston crawfish vendor is the best.

There is no shortage of crawfish events in March but with such a wide variety available, this cook-off should be on your spring bucket list.

With the purchase of a $30 wristband ticket, you get unlimited access to taste dishes from all of the different crawfish booths. You'll get to try out all the different mudbugs and help decide who the winner is.

With the wristband, you get unlimited tastings from the many booths and vendors. However, if you want to order any sit-down table meals through Cottonwood's kitchen, that will be an additional purchase.

But with all of the options you have with the different crawfish vendors, you can easily get your fill that way.

The cook-off is also hosted by Saint Arnold Brewing Company, so you can expect to find plenty of cold brews for everyone to sip on. There is no better drink to indulge in between chowing down on the different crawfish recipes.

There is going to be live music playing on the outdoor bar's stage, so while you and your friends are gathered around piles of crawfish on the picnic tables, you will also be listening to good music.

The cook-off will be hosted on a Sunday afternoon. Stuffing your face with the best crawfish in town before starting the work-week sounds like the best way to cap off a spring weekend.
