San Antonio Is Having A Mouthwatering Tamale Festival This December & It's Totally Free

Delicious food is always in the plans, so if you want to treat yourself with a warm dish now that temperatures in Texas are dropping, there's an event happening soon that you need to attend. San Antonio is having a tamale festival next month with a large variety of these yummy Mexican delicacies. The best of all is that admission is totally free.
The San Antonio Tamale Fest 2019 is an annual holiday festival that has become a San Antonio tradition. More than just a food festival, it is a cultural celebration with music and entertainment perfect for the whole family.
The tamale festival will bring San Antonians a lot of great food and fun. More than 15 different tamale vendors will be serving their sweet and savory creations and the range of prices goes from $1 to $5.
A variety of tasty drinks to wash the tamales down will be also in that price range. The event is organized by El Chistoso Tamale Factory.
The event will take place at the Toyota Soccer Field Parking Lot and you'll be able to savor pork, chicken, beef and bean tamales, in the mild and hot varieties, just to mentions a few.
If you are going with your family, there will be a kid's craft area where the tiny ones can enjoy different activities, while adults can try out the different masa creations while having a great time listening to live music and watching performances.
