If warm weather reminds you of colors, fruits, and all things tropical, you're going to want to hear about this new dessert spot in Seattle. The Korean dessert shop Milkie Milkie just opened up in Emerald City. And their offerings literally look like summer in a cup!

You don't have to just feast your eyes on the wave of photos that'll probably be uploaded to Instagram soon. You can stop by their location in Chinatown International District which opened earlier this week.

Just like its flagship store, you can expect a tasty menu packed with shaved-ice bingsu, crispy toasts with spongey rice cakes, and stuffed waffles.

Ranging between $10.95 and $13.96, their snowy bingsu comes in a variety of flavors, and we won't blame you if you find it hard to pick one.

We spotted everything from bowls packed with strawberry and mango to some decked out in rich cheesecakes topped off with cream and almonds.

They have creative seasonal offerings as well. Last summer, a carved-out pineapple with tiny umbrellas and a watermelon bubbling with bingsu graced their menus.

You could really picture yourself on a beach chair in Hawai'i with those!

If you're not big on fruits, no worries. The shaved ice comes with oreo, taro, matcha, black sesame, or in a hot lava cake, too.

If you're known in your circles for your massive sweet tooth, there's more for you: they have inventive, crispy toast that comes stuffed with injeolmi or soft rice cakes and topped off with chocolate, cheese, red bean paste, or honey, for $6.90.

They also have waffles stuffed with marshmallows.

You can wash down these dreamy desserts with purple taro or red velvet lattes, hot, fresh fruit tea (yes, it's a thing), or fruit or "cloud" smoothies that'll cost you anywhere between $3.95 and $9.95.

If you sense a sugar rush coming on, you can also try out their spicier fare — Korean egg cakes, skewered pork sausages in chili sauce, or spicy, batter-fried takoyaki.

Either way, if you love food that'll make not just your Insta feed, but also your tummy happy, you should put this on your food bucket list.
