To get to the River Valley Swing, you'll need to follow the paved trail near the Highlands Golf Course. Following the path go past the Capilano Bridge, but if you've reached Kinnaird Park, you've gone too far.

Looking down toward the shore, you'll be able to spot the swing, and then it is just a matter of making it down. There are two options, you can either follow the path a bit further and walk there.

Or there is a short cut down a steep dirt hill with a rope where you can climb your way down. If it has rained in the last few days, make sure to take the first option as the hill can get very muddy, and you could slip.
