31 Dates! You Can Skate Under A Highway At Toronto’s Longest Ice Skating Trail This Winter

Winter is here in Toronto, and now that there is snow on the ground, you may be wanting to find cute date activities for you and your friends or significant other this holiday season. Luckily,will be open from December 20 and it's going to be a great way to enjoy the winter months.
Grab your skates and head to the highway to enjoy the longest ice skating trail that Toronto has to offer.
This 220-metre figure-eight ice skating trail will also have an on-site winter village where they will be selling hot chocolate as well as boozy beverages.
The Bentway will also have warming stations along the trail for you to take breaks at — what are you waiting for?
If you need to brush up on your skating skills, the trail also has free and recurring lessons on site.
You can also rent skates on-site, so no worries if you feel ill-equipped for the occasion; they have got you covered with everything you need and all you have to do is show up.
The holiday schedule will be from December 20 until January 5, seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. during the holidays.
The rink will be open to the public until February 17, so you have plenty of time to enjoy it. The hours will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
Extended hours will be happening on school PA Days and Family Day, so make sure to check their website for full hours!

The Bentway is also hosting it's second annual Polar Bear Skate on December 29.
It's like the famous Polar Bear Dip, but with ice skating. If you're up for it, you have the chance to glide through the trail in your bathing suit to celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of another.
All pre-registrants will get a free hot chocolate for their courage.
