Dijon mustard⠀ • 1/4 tsp. salt⠀ 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper⠀ ⠀ SALAD INGREDIENTS⠀ • 10 oz. baby spinach⠀ • 2-3 gala apples, cored and thinly sliced⠀ • 1 cup toasted pecans⠀ • 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese⠀ • 1/2 c. dried cranberries⠀ • 12 oz. cooked and crumbled bacon⠀ 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced⠀ ⠀ DRESSING INSTRUCTIONS⠀ Combine ingredients in a mason jar, cover with lid, and shake to blend well.⠀ ⠀ SALAD INSTRUCTIONS⠀ Slice red onion and run under warm water in a colander for about 10 seconds, tossing once, to remove harsh bite.⠀ Drain well. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
