However, the lattes available in China, Japan and parts of Europe are in a category of their own.
Here are some of the decadent holiday-themed beverages from around the world that you've probably never heard of before.
Golden Christmas Tea Latte
The Golden Christmas Tea Latte is a combination of black tea, Tahitian vanilla flavour, and caramel sauce. It's available at Starbucks locations in China.
Jolly Baked Apple Latte
This drink is new for the Asia Pacific region. It's a blend of espresso, steamed milk and spiced apples with whipped cream, a drizzle of baked apple sauce, and candied apple sprinkles on top.
Berry x Berry
In Japan, there are two variations of this drink that are inspired by the Cranberry Bliss Bar.
The Berry x Berry White Mocha is made with white chocolate-flavoured sauce, mixed berry sauce, steamed milk and espresso.
Then the Berry x Berry No-Bake Cheesecake Frappuccino has the same sauces with whipped cream, raspberry-flavoured meringue pieces, and white chocolate shavings on top.
Lava Choco Dark Mocha
This is like a chocolate lava cake in drink form. It has a dark chocolate taste and is made with espresso then topped with dark chocolate cake crust. The Lava Choco Dark Mocha is available in China.
Truffle Deluxe Hot Chocolate
In Europe, the Truffle Deluxe Hot Chocolate is a chocolate lover's dream. It's hot cocoa topped with mocha whipped cream and a truffle topping.
Toffee Nut Latte
This holiday drink is made with toffee nut syrup, espresso, and steamed milk that's then finished with whipped cream and flavoured topping.
It's available at Starbucks locations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Toasted White Chocolate Mocha
The Toasted White Chocolate Mocha that's available in the U.S. combines caramelized white chocolate mocha sauce, espresso and steamed milk. It's topped with whipped cream, holiday sugar sparkles and white pearls.
