This Albertan bakery takes interior design to a whole other level by repainting their entire interior to be like a two-dimensional colouring book. 94 Take The Cake Bakery in Okotoks, Alberta is ready to blow your mind with their stunning visuals. The black and white bakery in Alberta has to be on your bucket list. Anyone who went to the bakery before their new look could be shocked at what they find. Not only have the walls been painted stark white, overlaid with thick black brush marks, but it's also on the furniture, flooring, even the curtains. As a cherry on top, they've installed paintings to match. The bakery's owner, Sherry Lindenback, says she has a background in design, which she usually applies to her custom cakes, according to the bakery's website. She did most of the painting herself, she told Global News, but many local artists also swung by to lend a hand. "Every time I was looking at something, I just kept remembering, 'OK, what would this look like if it was a drawing on a piece of paper?'" said Lindenback to CTV News. Global News reports Lindenback did the redesign as a way of revitalizing the downtown of her city. Lindenback explained to CTV News that it seems to be working.
