Mascot Brewery is reopening its Toronto bar in a new location today, Friday, July 26. The former popular spot on Mercer Street closed down a year ago, but Mascot King has been reinvented as a restaurant bar and is hosting its grand reveal tonight and Saturday. We've got your first look inside (and outside) the Mascot Brewery new location on King Street West.\nThe relatively quick turnaround time wasn't always part of the plan, though.\n"We weren't planning on coming back as fast as it happened but it was a great location and a great opportunity for us to do so," Aaron Prothro, founder and CEO of Mascot Brewery, told Narcity.\nThe brewery's former bar location on Mercer, known for its popular rooftop patio, was shut down last year to make way for a condo and luxury hotel.\nBut a few months ago, hints at a reopening started popping up on the Mascot Brewery Instagram.\nAnd now the day has finally come.
