If there's one thing Canadians are proud of, it's their beer. That being said, it's been quite the busy couple of weeks for beer enthusiasts in Toronto. Last Thursday, the LCBO recently opened its first "Craft Beer Zone" in the Summerhill location. The day after that, Toronto Beer Week, which celebrates the city's growing craft beer movement, was commenced. And just this past Wednesday, it was announced that beer will be sold in at least 60 Ontario-wide grocery stores; with 20% of the shelf space reserved for craft beers. It's clear to see that Toronto is on the rise as a top beer city, as it continues to embrace its craft beer heritage.\nWith craft beers in mind, one particular India pale ale from Denmark could offer our Toronto brewers new inspiration in the midst of the craft beer boom currently overtaking the city. Named The Problem Solver, the Danish beer claims to have been formulated so that drinkers can determine, based on their weights, how much of the beer to drink in order to reach their creative peak.\nPhoto cred - birchbox.com\nThe beer is designed with two vertical rulers on the back of the bottle - one for males and the other for females - that determine up to where someone should drink in order to land on his or her weight. At that point, the drinker would have drunk enough of the beer to obtain a blood alcohol level of 0.075%; a level which has been scientifically suggested to produce the most creativity in the average person.\nCurrently, The Problem Solver is sold in Copenhagen, but overseas sales of the product are in rumoured talks. It'll be cool once we see it in our liquor stores and groceries in the near future; you know, for study purposes...
