View this post on Instagram Happy #tacotuesday! @elnahualtacos' is launching their new Taco Kits tomorrow! I got a preview on the weekend and tried the Barbacoa Kit. Their Barbacoa is blade beef that has been slow cooked in a blend of spices and pulled. The kit came with 500g of cooked protein, 10 gluten-free corn tortillas, lime, onion, cilantro and avocado salsa. You just have to heat up the filling and assemble your own tacos to eat. I really liked it and the portion was super generous! I would say one kit is good for 2-3 portions. Their homemade chips and dips which were sold separately were delicious too. I tried the Acapulco Bean Dip, picture top left. Taco Kits only cost around $20-$25 and they have vegan options too.
