One bite won't be enough. On a scorching hot summer day, we found one tasty way to cool down. Milkcow is bringing back their crowd-favourite dessert, and it is so refreshing. Starting this week, you can try watermelon ice cream in Vancouver.

Milkcow told Narcity that they will be reopening their Richmond location Wednesday, May 27. On the menu will be their frosty treat that is the perfect blend of two of our favourite summer sweets, ice cream and watermelon.

The returning menu item is ultra-creamy watermelon soft-serve served in a giant slice of melon. Forget regular ice cream cones; you are going to get hooked on using ultra juicy melons instead.

The contrast on the textures is fantastic, and the flavour is delightful without being overly too sweet.

You also might be surprised by just how big it is. The summertime soft-serve is practically the size of your head.

Who else is already drooling? Cancel your plans this Wednesday, as you'll want to be first to get your hands on the watermelon ice cream.

You'll undoubtedly want to take a picture of this super Instgrammable treat to share with your friends. Your BFF needs to know where to get it too.

Last year this frozen dessert was so popular in Canada. So we are thrilled they brought back their ice cream sandwiches for summer.

Best of all, this isn't a promo where you only have one week, and then it is gone forever. This year it will be available until September, so you have plenty of time to go.

The price varies from city to city, but in Richmond, the melon ice cream is $8.

If you are like us, watermelon ice cream might become your new weekly "treat yourself" ritual. It would be such a delicious way to cool down after completing a hike or biking around town.
