Most Canadians hold a special place in their hearts for Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian. That’s right, we’re talking about Trailer Park Boys (TPB). Hardcore TPB fans are starting to notice something purrticularly interesting about the show. As it turns out, an episode of the hit Canadian TV series was actually filmed at Carole Baskin’s Big Cat Rescue.

In a spinoff titled Trailer Park Boys: Out of The Park, the boys travel to Florida to explore Big Cat Rescue, recently made famous by the Netflix smash docuseries Tiger King.

As they arrive on site, you see Bubbles paying his respects to the cats who have passed away.

If you look closely, you’ll see these cat memorials are the same ones from Carole's rescue.

The boys have a pretty low-key time at the rescue, stopping once to feed a tiger with a stick.

Which leaves us wondering how different the episode would have been had they filmed at Joe Exotic’s zoo instead?

One thing is for sure, the boys were ahead of their time with this episode.

As we know, Tiger King content is popping up all over in the form of virtual trivia nights, and now an aftershow.

The cat memorials featured in TPB are not for tigers, but rather house cats that presumably belonged to Carole and her family.

Naturally, Bubbles takes his time, saying something sweet about each kitty.

You can even see the Big Cat Rescue sign in the TPB episode, something that didn’t slip by fans too easily.

This Canadian TikTok user was quick to spot the crossover, and a few viewers also took to Twitter to share their discoveries.

"Why is no one talking about how the trailer park boys went to Carole Baskin's zoo?" one user wrote.

Our thoughts exactly.

So there you have it, you cool Canadian cats and kittens, there's officially a Canada tie-in to the show that's taking the world by storm.
