Now's the perfect time to catch up on the series if you have extra time on your hands and you're all caught up on season four.\nOn their social media on Tuesday, March 31, Kim's Convenience officially announced they're returning for another two seasons. That means we're not only getting a season five, but also a season six!\nIt's great timing too; season four of the show has been airing all month, and the season finale airs the night of Tuesday, March 31, so they treated fans to the news of two more seasons.\nThe all-Canadian show features a loveable — and maybe a little too relatable — Korean family who runs a convenience store in Toronto. They get new customers every day, sometimes with strange requests.\nThe show blew up here in the great white north, and the cast was rocketed to stardom. If you need another reason to be proud to be from Toronto, this is it.\nSimu Liu, who plays Jung, was even recruited for the Marvel movies. But he isn't letting that stop him for returning in season five, we hope.\nAnd, to celebrate a season well shot, the stars even hosted a giant virtual wrap party.\nView this post on Instagram #KimsConvenience is officially renewed for Seasons 5 & 6 on @cbc! #OkSeeYou A post shared by Kim's Convenience (@kimsconvenience) on Mar 31, 2020 at 4:43pm PDT\nThe fourth season of CBC's hit comedy isn't on Netflix yet, but it just finished airing on CBC Gem.\nWe can't think of a better way to wrap up a season than with an announcement of two future seasons.\nView this post on Instagram (via @kimsconvenience) 🎉 KIM’S CAST VIRTUAL FINALE PRE-PARTY 🎉 We’re throwing a live-streamed finale pre-party with the FULL CAST of #KimsConvenience! @angryappa, @jeanyoon88 @simuliu @andrea.bang @andrewphung and @nicoleppower will be answering your comments & questions LIVE!
