Netflix's reality show The Circle was giving off some creepy vibes at first, even being compared to Black Mirror, but now fans of the series can't get enough. They love the show so much that they've been wondering how exactly they themselves can become a contestant. With the series being aired in four different countries around the world, potential Canadian contestants are begging for their own version of the competition. If you aren't familiar with one of the newest additions on the streaming platform, The Circle, which originated in the UK, is a reality game show that is carried out solely electronically. Contestants are living in the same building but never getting to see or hear one another and get the opportunity to portray themselves any way they see fit in order to win challenges and form alliances. The winner leaves with $100,000. All interactions are carried out through a smart speaker device called "The Circle." The series has even been compared to shows like Cat Fish and Big Brother. Naturally, fans are now looking into applying for a spot in the apartment buildings themselves. While the application process is fairly easy, with TheCircleCasting.com asking for only your age, name, and email, you do have to be a citizen with a passport from one of four countries including the UK, USA, France, or Brazil. Former contestants are even offering advice on how to nail the audition part of the application. American contestant Antonio, who stuck to his true self, told The Decider, "when you go on your audition, make sure you have a strategy already made up and down pat! And just be yourself times 10,000. Be super extra so they can get your personality!" Unfortunately for Canadians, putting their best foot forward for a chance to be on the show isn't possible and Twitter is feeling it. Users have been tweeting their need to get on the show since it's premiere on Netflix, "Ugh i wanna play #TheCircle. Bring that shit to Canada" said one person. With another dramatically venting, "#TheCircle neeeeeeeeeds to come to Canada, and I neeeeeeeeed to be on it." Ugh I wanna play #TheCircle. Bring that shit to Canada.— ♏️~not today~♏️ (@realkaijames) December 10, 2019 Okay. #TheCircle 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒔 to come to Canada, and I 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒆𝒅 to be on it.— 𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑓𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑒 💭 (@stefszewczyk) January 6, 2020 One user knows they'll be the best contestant for the show, "Please I would like to sign up for whenever Netflix Canada does The Circle I would be a good contestant." I don't have access to #The Circle because I live in Canada. Can I get a big fat oof in the chat." Suddenly I know how everyone in the US feels when Big Brother Canada goes on.
