Everyone knows Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod. The dynamic Canadian duo filled our childhood homes with workout PSAs that we can’t forget. But now, they're back and providing a different type of public service announcement. YVR’s BodyBreak video is all about providing COVID-19 tips and the nostalgia is real.\nAdmit it, you love everything from your childhood. Throwbacks to the '90s and early 2000s are where it’s at and we love any chance we get to relive the glory years.\nThat's where Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod come in. At this point, you should prepare for memories to flood back into your head.\nTheir first tip is to practice safe social distancing. With the help of a six-foot-long piece of wood, they show you how far you should be standing from one another.\nThe second tip is to make a habit out of sneezing or coughing into your elbow.\nDon’t forget to wash your hands properly.
