Alright, guys, can we talk about downtown Ottawa for just a minute?\nNot only is it located right where all the fun is, but there are tons of awesome places to go shopping (holla Rideau Centre) and several great restos!\nSpeaking of which... the Rideau Centre just so happens to have gotten a whole lot better recently, all thanks to one Ottawa restaurant.\nvia @gabbyzitikyte\nJOEY Rideau is a brand new, super fun spot that just opened up right near all the action in Ottawa's Rideau Centre.\nvia @nicoleferenczi\nIt's their second location in Ottawa, but their first downtown - and they're doing it so, so right!\nLegit, JOEY pretty much got it all. Their restaurant's got an unbeatable vibrant, fun, trendy atmosphere - but it's also incredibly welcoming. Their number one priority is their guests, and it shows.\nvia @downtownrideau\nTheir upbeat vibe might be awesome all on its own, but honestly, JOEY's food and drinks are the stuff of legends.\nThey've got a sushi bar (!!), as well as some brand new menu items, like katsu chicken salad, pressed sushi, and night market curry.\nvia @timmok201314\nAnd the fun doesn't stop there. They've got brand new drink items, too, like their paper plane cocktail, negronis, Moscow mules, and Aperol spritzes. Plus tons of happy hour offers, on top of that like $4 drinks and appies from 3pm-6pm every single day AND late night 9pm-close Sunday through Thursday.\nHonestly, this is probably the perfect spot for a swanky work lunch with colleagues, or a fun night out with friends... or anything, really!\nvia @gabbyzitikyte\nAnd, sidenote: how cute is that neon sign (AKA the most perfect spot for selfies)? Very cute, guys. Very cute indeed.\nvia @mirabellern\nSo looking for your new favourite place in the heart of downtown Ottawa? Check out JOEY Restaurants on Facebook and Instagram to find out more about their delicious food, drinks and of course, their friendly staff. And make sure to visit the new JOEY at the Rideau Centre.
