Bradley Cooper And Irina Shayk Are Reportedly On The Verge Of A Breakup But Lady Gaga Isn't Involved
Caught in a 'Bad Romance'?
It seems like just yesterday that A Star Was Born came out, and people couldn't stop talking about the undeniable on-screen chemistry between Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. There's absolutely no denying that the two are seriously talented performers, but a lot of people felt as though the passion here was a lot more than just a performance. The duo has always denied anything more than acting, but now we're not so sure. Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk are having relationship problems, but not because of Lady Gaga.
According to a source at The New York Post, Cooper and Shayk are having a considerable amount of trouble in their relationship lately. "Things are not good. Neither one is happy, the relationship is hanging by a thread," says the source.
The couple has been together since 2015, and have a 2-year-old daughter named Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper (that's a mouthful). Because of their little one, the couple has put off breaking up and are trying to stay together and work things to maintain their family unit for little Lea.
It was rumoured that there was some tension in the relationship after A Star Is Born initially released, but Cooper and Gaga maintained their stance on the relationship so that Cooper and Shayk could weather the storm. Gaga even told the press, "Yes, people saw love, and guess what? That's what we wanted you to see... When you're singing love songs, that's what you want people to feel."
People still aren't entirely convinced that what Gaga said is true, but the pair reportedly hasn't spent any time together since their infamous piano duet that pulled many heartstrings. People are naturally wanting to blame the relationship issues on Gaga, but realistically, we highly doubt she has anything to do with it.
Shayk and Cooper have yet to comment on their relationship, and as far as we know they're still together right now, but from the sounds of it, that could change at any given moment.
