This is real TV magic. The Brooklyn Nine-Nine cast has been stealing the hearts of viewers since 2013. With their high approval ratings and seven seasons under their arm, it’s no surprise the cast of the series is super close in real life. That’s why their Instagram posts over the years prove that they’re actually BFF’s. Actors like Andy Samberg, Stephanie Beatriz, Terry Crews, and Joe Lo Truglio have been sharing their love for one another and the show for so many years. Not only does the cast spend hours on set together, but they seem to love each other's company so much that they hang out in their free time. Melissa Fumero posted this pic of her and Stephanie Beatriz hanging out at a party hosted by their former castmate Eva Longoria! View this post on Instagram Beyond inspired by these incredible women! Melissa Fumero got the support of Beatriz when she advocated for a charity that raises money for asylum seekers. View this post on Instagram I love hugs. I’m a hugger. Currently, Immigrant detainees, including young children, are being deprived of the most basic human needs: Running water, clean clothes, adequate food, healthy sleep, and beds. Experts have called the conditions at these detention centers, where children are separated from their parents, "worse than jail" and compared them to "torture facilities.” These young ones are not allowed to receive hugs or any physical contact from caretakers — or even one another. This has the potential to create severe trauma. We all use hugs as a way to comfort, to encourage, to create warmth, and to heal. Join the #OneVidaAtaTime HUG CHALLENGE to foster empathy and raise funds for @immfamtogether / @immigrantfamiliestogether an organization which offers comprehensive support to asylum seekers once they are released: Housing, clothing, and a path to reunite with their loved ones.
