Cupid is officially in town, spreading love everywhere he goes. For those in relationships or marriages, it's an especially romantic day to celebrate another annual milestone together. And what better way to feel the love than to let these Canadian celebrity Valentine's Day posts melt your heart. This year is the first season of love for new couples like Property Brothers Jonathan Scott and actress Zooey Deschanel, Matthew Perry and talent manager Molly Hurwitz, and Keanu Reeves and artist Alexandra Grant. Some newlyweds are also spending the holiday as a married couple for the first time, including Justin and Hailey Bieber, and Riverdale's Vanessa Morgan and Michael Kopech. For other couples, like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Likely, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, and Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato, this Valentine's Day celebration is another one to add to the years they've spent together. Even the Schitt's Creek Instagram account joined in on the holiday fun and shared a snap of a sugar cookie featuring on-screen fiancées David and Patrick in a loving embrace. Giacomo Gianniotti View this post on Instagram Almost 3 years ago to the day. Nichole and I rode my @harleydavidson to Napa Valley for our first time together from LA. 9 hours on a motorcycle. Nine hours of being clung together, as one, barreling down highways and hugging tight turns at high speeds, watching so much incredible nature pass us by. We stayed in this beautiful quaint little hotel on a vineyard, and while she was sleeping one morning I took my pocket knife, which never leaves my side, to this beautiful tree outside in a field. I carved our initials in a heart. I’m no artist so the time it took me and the focus was no small feat. She was so moved by this gesture and we sat under that tree everyday for hours talking while we stayed there. It was a special spot on earth we had found that was just ours. 3 years later we just visited, and it’s still there, and we are still here. But the carving is different. And so are we. Time changes all things and they don’t disappear, or are any less beautiful, they are just different. Changed. When we visited it recently and saw how it was changed I thought it was such a beautiful metaphor for how we and our relationship has changed since then. I feel so grateful to have found an incredible woman who lifts me up in the way she does. A woman who continues to push me to change and become the best version of myself. I know that we will look and feel different over the years but at the heart I will always have that same love from when we started. Here’s to you @nicki_makeup nothin but love for ya . 1st Photo: Freshly Carved 2nd Photo: 3 years later 3rd Photo: Love birds ❤️ 🐦 Happy Valentines Day everyone! ❤️ A post shared by Giacomo Gianniotti (@giacomo_gianniotti) on Feb 14, 2020 at 8:55am PST The Grey's Anatomy star shared a lengthy story about his new wife Nichole Gianniotti who he married last year.
