The Biebers are back again! In the latest episode of their quarantine series, Justin and Hailey Bieber not only shared one of their favourite recipes with fans but also opened up about previous mental health struggles. The Canadian singer has always been open with his fans, but this new video offers a unique insight into his healing process.

The most recent episode of The Biebers on Watch is titled “Cooking with the Biebers”, and starts out with the couple sharing one of their favourite gluten-free pasta recipes with viewers.

As they get to work in the kitchen, Justin expresses his excitement about his highly anticipated Changes tour, which was postponed indefinitely earlier this year.

The two then began sharing some of their quarantine activities with fans, revealing that they’ve been using their time off to perfect their skin-care regimen.

“I told him that by the time we exit this quarantine he’s going to have glowing, perfect skin,” Hailey says in the video.

As the episode continues, the married couple dives into the topic of mental health, which Justin has been known to struggle with in the past.

Hailey shared that during her husband’s battle with depression, she saw the biggest change in Justin when he began taking the proper antidepressant, and when he changed his diet by reducing his sugar and gluten intake.

“A lot of people struggle with depression and people look at it like it’s a weakness,” Justin said. “Having help doesn’t mean you’re weak, it just means that you care about yourself and you care about those around you and that you want to be a healthy individual.”

“You’ve got to be the healthiest version of yourself too, and you’ve got to strive to want to be that—especially in a partnership and a relationship,” Hailey continued.

Earlier this week, the Bieber’s shared a video of them spending the day on beautiful Lake Ontario, during which they spoke intimately about the ups and downs of their marriage, and how they’ve overcome any struggles.
