It may have already been five years since this Canadian Bachelorette first got in front of the camera for season 19 of The Bachelor, but she hasn't forgotten everything she endured while a contestant on the show. Now that a new season premiered last night she's getting a little protective over one of the contestants who happens to be a friend. Kaitlyn Bristowe warned The Bachelor's, Peter Weber, about breaking her friend's heart.

Bristowe has been anything but silent about the PTSD she still deals with from her time on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette

Back in October of 2019, the Alberta native called out the shows creator, Mike Fleiss, for being a "piece of s-t" and for "hating women."

Despite her dislike of Fleiss, she took the time to remind viewers to be kind to contestants, knowing what it was like to be bullied online herself.

Posting a throwback photo of her time on the show she wrote, “Let’s please all try really hard to not hate, or bully contestants this year,” the former reality star wrote in her post. “Try to remind yourself they are humans, not characters. Words hurt and you never know how you would be in these kinds of situations. A little chirping and teasing is fun, questioning people’s behaviour is fine. Hate is not. Xoxoxo.”

She also made sure Weber got a warning of his own, "Good luck, @pilot_pete we are all rooting for you. Unless you break my friend's heart. She’s on your season. Then you will have me to deal with 💪🏼"

While the name of her friend was never mentioned, could it be possible Bristowe is mentioning fellow Canadian Mykenna Dorn, who landed a spot in season 19?

Before the season had premiered, people had been placing bets that Dorn would become the next winner, but after last night's episode, viewers don't have quite the same enthusiasm.

Now, they're comparing Dorn to past "villains" who have been on The Bachelor

Besides the negativity that comes along with the dating show though, Bristowe will still be watching and rooting this season, "Can’t wait to record reactions tonight. Who’s gonna drink @spadeandsparrows with me tonight.”
