Kim Cattrall Went Off On Sex And The City Co-Star Sarah Jessica Parker In The Most Savage Way
There's definitely not going to be a S&C 3 after this.
Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall has been having a tough time of recent. In the past few weeks she's opened up to her fans on social media about the very personal struggles she and her family were facing. Last Sunday Kim took to social media to ask her fans for help in searching for her missing brother, Christopher Cattrall. Only 24 hours later, Canadian police announced he had been found dead.
Kim announced the news on Twitter and asked the public for privacy while her family dealt with the loss.
It is with great sadness that myself and my family announce the unexpected passing of our son and brother, Chris Cattrall. At this time we ask for privacy. We want to thank you all on social media for your outpouring of love and support in this trying time. pic.twitter.com/n4dQAMrTvS— Kim Cattrall (@KimCattrall) February 4, 2018
It was then that celebrities and co-stars took to social media to show Kim love and support.
One notable comment came from Sex and the City co-star Sarah Jessica Parker. She wrote on Kim's Instagram post, "Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours and Godspeed to your beloved brother. Xx,".
Later Kim posted another instagram post thanking everyone for the well wishes and we all thought things were going well... all things considering. @kimcattrallembedded via
However just this past weekend, Kim went OFF on instagram and it wasn't pretty. She called out Sarah Jessica Parker HARD and we're still reeling from it.
She started by posting a picture on Instagram that read "I don't need your love or support at this tragic time @sarahjessicaparker".
Following up with a caption that said: My Mom asked me today “When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?” Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now. Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven’t already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I’m writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your ‘nice girl’ persona. While we can't know for sure what sparked Kim's bold statement, it's rumored to be because SJP is still pushing for a Sex and the City 3, which Kim has shot down publically multiple times.
And all I can say is that, ladies - for the sake of fans love of the S&C girlhood can't we all just get along?
