Lili Reinhart, Casey Cott, And Other 'Riverdale' Stars React To The Loss Of Co-Star Luke Perry
Luke Perry died yesterday after suffering a stroke.
Yesterday was a super sad day for fans of Luke Perry. Last week, news broke that the Beverly Hills, 90210 and Riverdale actor had suffered a massive stroke and he was in the hospital. However, yesterday, it was announced that he had passed after his stroke. Lili Reinhart, Casey Cott, and other Riverdale stars react to the loss of co-star Luke Perry.
Luke Perry played Dylan on 90210 and Fred Andrews, Archie's dad, on Riverdale. He was known for so much more, but those are his most well-known roles. He was only 52 when he passed, so it came as a huge shock to everyone but especially the cast of Riverdale, who were in the middle of filming when the news broke.
Although a ton of the actors have not publicly said anything about Luke Perry's passing, and respectively so, there are a few that spoke out about this devastating death. You can read their reactions below:
I’m totally heartbroken. Luke took me under his wing the day I was cast and made me feel like I belonged. He was the most generous, wise soul with unmatched kindness. He treated everyone with love and joy. We had so much fun. Praying for his family.— Casey Cott (@CaseyCott) March 5, 2019
I’m finding it hard to grasp that he will no longer be around to give long hugs and share his wisdom and kindness with all of us.— Lili Reinhart (@lilireinhart) March 4, 2019
I’m thinking of his family. His children.
I pray for them to heal and find peace in this devastating loss.
I just can’t believe it.— Lili Reinhart (@lilireinhart) March 4, 2019
