Lilly Singh is making waves in the entertainment industry and Canada couldn't be more proud. Earlier this year it was announced that Lilly Singh would be the first woman of colour to host a late-night talk show on American television. Now that the premiere date is getting closer people, including Singh herself, are getting anxious about the YouTuber being able to handle all of her other causes at the same time. Lilly Singh's talk show airs this September!

She started off her down to earth Instagram post with a lot of heart and a little humour, "Sometimes I feel like there’s not enough time in the day. But then I remember I have the same amount of hours in the day as @therock and I get straight to work."

She then gets into discussing her upcoming schedule and her fear of becoming to, "thinly spread to carry out some of my philanthropic goals."

Singh was quick to assure fans though that she'll do everything she can to make sure none of her other work gets sidelined, saying that she's, "taking every step" to keep up with her philanthropic work in aiding gender equity.

She finishes the Instagram speech by saying, "It’s important to me to still be a light in this world. All this to say... I’m dedicated to light and love and I think no matter how busy life gets, that needs to be a priority."

Lilly Singh created the organization Girl Love back in 2015 to create a space where women can uplift each other. She even launched her campaign with the support of fellow Canadian Shay Mitchell.

I think it's safe to say that fans have nothing to worry about when it comes to Lilly Singh being able to handle her new hectic life.

Her new show Little Late With Lilly Singh will air September 16th in place of Last Call With Carson Daly
